My second NMRA Achievement Program certificate is the Chief Dispatcher certificate. This requires that you spend 60 hours in operating sessions performing jobs like dispatcher, road engineer, yardmaster, and several others. You also have to document an operations scheme for either a fictional or real railroad. I used my railroad (well, what I plan to build) as the sample.
